Hotspot Hosts Table Cleanup — v6 & v7

Removes hotspot hosts that are neither authorized nor bypassed, so the Hosts table does not fill with stale entries. Runs from the Scheduler.

/system script add name=hotspot_host_cleanup source={

    /ip hotspot host remove [find where authorized=no bypassed=no];
